We are currently accepting applications for our Graduate Program, designed to provide a structured learning and development experience.

About the Role

This program offers an opportunity to contribute to projects aligned with business priorities and goals, develop essential skills in drafting and reviewing documents, and build professional capability through rotations across business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Draft and review high-quality documents including reports, briefing notes, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success.
  • Apply relevant legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Analyse and report on data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Support governance activities, including secretariat duties and records management.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be an Australian citizen.
  • Hold a minimum Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (a Bachelor's degree), or equivalent by the end of the year.
  • Have completed the most recent eligible qualification within the last five years.
  • Be willing to undergo a security clearance process.

Streams

There are four different streams within the Graduate Program:

  • Information Technology Stream: This stream will sit within the Technology team, maintaining the organization's Information, Applications, Communication and Technology infrastructure.
  • Human Resources Stream: This stream will sit within the People Operations team, delivering essential human resources services and ensuring compliance with workplace policies and practices.
  • Claims Support Stream: This stream will sit within the Claims Management Group, delivering high-quality claims management services to support positive health and return to work outcomes for employees and employers.
  • Investigations and Oversight Stream: This stream will sit within the Regulatory Operations Group, supporting the objective of the organization and the ROG to be a nationally consistent, risk-based Work Health and Safety regulator.
