Job Opportunity- Austek Roads is seeking a Labourer/Operator with the ability to work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, motivated, reliable and organised. A valid Construction Card and driver's licence are essential. Machine operating tickets for relevant equipment are also required.
In this role, you will perform various tasks including excavation, earthmoving, labouring and maintenance under the direction of the Site Foreman. You will also participate in pre-start checks, toolbox meetings and other activities to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform physical labour related tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Operate machinery safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
- Participate in regular maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains operational.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has strong communication skills. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
