Job Title: Labourer
About the Role:
A labourer plays a vital role in supporting our construction team by performing manual tasks, operating equipment and assisting with site maintenance. The successful applicant will be an integral part of our small but dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labour tasks such as clearing and excavating sites, moving materials and cleaning up debris.
- Operate various pieces of equipment including forklifts, dump trucks and other machinery.
- Assist site staff with maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience in labouring roles and hold a valid White card. They should also possess strong communication skills and be physically fit.

Location:
The position requires relocation to Melbourne, VIC prior to commencing work. We are looking for applicants who can commit to regular hours and meet the requirements of the role.
We Are Looking For:
Candidates who possess strong communication skills, are physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks. Previous experience working in construction sites with a similar Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) environment would be highly regarded.
