About the Role

We seek experienced CyberArk professionals with an engineering-first mindset to optimize Privileged Access Management (PAM) through automation of critical processes including CI/CD and client onboarding.

  • Design, implement, and support CyberArk solutions (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, etc.).
  • Automate workflows using GitHub Actions, Ansible, CloudFormation, or equivalent DevSecOps tools.
  • Collaborate in CI/CD pipeline development for streamlined onboarding and configuration.
  • Monitor system performance; troubleshoot and manage incidents across PAM infrastructure.
  • Prioritize Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
  • Mentor team members; create documentation (SOPs, technical diagrams, knowledge articles).
  • Ensure operational excellence and automation-first configuration deployments.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk or equivalent PAM systems.
  • Active CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry) are preferred.
  • A deep understanding of IAM protocols (SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Ansible, CloudFormation, and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation toolchains.
  • A strong background in engineering with Linux/Unix and Windows/Active Directory experience.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure entitlement & platform integration.
  • A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks (incident, change, problem management).
