Sydney Store Visual Experience Manager

The Advanced Retail Professional is responsible for overseeing and implementing the visual merchandising experience of a Sydney store. The role drives profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets through efficient and effective implementation of global visual merchandising direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Success:
- Awareness of store sales, membership, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Takes ownership over individual performance targets and effectively uses all available store resources to meet and/or exceed them.
- Identifies sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to management to address them and drive commercial success.
- Selling and Service Culture:
- Supports a selling and service culture through championing sales execution strategies, product knowledge & training, and by ensuring consumers come first.
- Makes sound decisions utilising qualitative and quantitative data surrounding the behaviour and patterns of own stores consumer base, and executes plans in kind to capitalise on this information.
- Visual Merchandising and Activations:
- Presents the store at all times in accordance with guidelines with a high focus on commerciality.
- Drives an increase in net sales and KPIs through execution of directives.
- Completes, lives and breathes all GSA and APAC Sales Academy training requirements with respect to onboarding, AREA training, ATTICUS, seasonal product training and relevance.
