Senior Business Analyst

The role of a Senior Business Analyst is to play a key part in shaping and delivering the company's next-generation Electronic Medical Record (EMR) capabilities.

  • Work closely with teams to translate complex healthcare requirements into robust solutions that enhance patient care, clinician workflows and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Manager to ensure features, functional and technical requirements are accurately defined, documented, prioritized and communicated.
  • Provide knowledge of offerings, support presales work and ongoing product development.
  • Lead detailed business requirements and functional content features needed to meet requirements.
  • Support Product Manager/s and colleagues in defining standard business processes and solution services.
  • Liaison with technical teams to ensure software meets requirements specified.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a business analyst with an EMR or health environment.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training and implementing new applications and systems.
  • Experience working with information technology and functional groups within an organization.
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering, contemporary engagement methods including Proof of Concepts and delivery methodologies.
