Workplace Advisory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex workplace issues and respond to employee concerns.
  • Provide high-level support to senior management and executives.

  • Coordinate response to critical incidents and provide training to prevent future occurrences.
  • Design customized organizational development initiatives to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Hold a qualification in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work.
  • Be currently registered with AHPRA or hold AASW membership.
  • Bring extensive experience in individual coaching and support.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and performance frameworks.
