We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge GenAI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver production-grade systems from scratch, leveraging your expertise in machine learning and LLMs.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence. You will have autonomy to experiment, lead, and build real-world GenAI solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Design and develop advanced machine learning and GenAI systems for critical business use cases.
  • Apply and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, LLaMA, etc.) and build prompt pipelines and embedding-based search functionality.
  • Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and deploy models into production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and outcomes, not just models.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in ML or software engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in GenAI / LLMs.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and the ML ecosystem.
  • A background in RAG, prompt engineering, vector search, or model fine-tuning is highly desirable.
  • Experience with MLOps / LLMOps and cloud tools, especially AWS Bedrock and SageMaker, is required.
