Strategic Leadership Opportunity in Community-Based Social Work

This role requires a skilled social work professional to provide high-level leadership, clinical expertise, and specialized advice to support community-based clients with complex needs.

  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on operational matters, including staff supervision and student support.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic direction, policies, and delivery of specialist social work services across the care continuum.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a practicing social worker with a strong understanding of social work theory and practice.

Ability to apply professional judgment in resolving complex client issues independently.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in emergency, critical incident, and social recovery responses.
