Job Title:

Machine Parts Specialist

The role of Machine Parts Specialist involves working closely with the Regional Parts Manager to provide excellent customer service and identify parts of machinery for replacement or repair. The team consists of 3 other Machine Parts Specialists, each responsible for creating purchase orders and notifying customers of lead times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify parts of machinery for replacement or repair
  • Create purchase orders for customers
  • Notify customers of lead times
  • Follow up on key account back-orders

Requirements:

Experience in a similar Parts/Customer Service role is highly advantageous. Knowledge of the Earthmoving or Civil industry is also beneficial. In addition, ability to work in a high-volume inbound call centre environment with outstanding Customer Service skills is essential. M3 software experience is not mandatory, but a Forklift Licence is not required either.
