Cleaning Career Specialist

At our residential aged care home, we are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our cleaning team.
This role involves working as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms and common areas. You will be supporting your peers and contributing to a cooperative team spirit while working in a safe manner to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents.
To be successful in this role, you will require a kind heart and genuine passion for providing quality care to the elderly. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous experience working as a cleaner are highly desirable. Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families, are also essential.
