Defence Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Defence Cleaning Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in public areas, toilets, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by meeting client needs and valuing effective communication.
- Working independently and collaboratively with others to achieve scheduled work on time.
- Ensuring the correct use of cleaning chemicals, personal protective equipment, and machinery.
- Identifying and reporting safety and maintenance issues, as well as non-compliances.
- Completing accurate cleaning records and adhering to training requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in general cleaning, window cleaning, carpet shampooing, strip and sealing, and hold a valid National Australian Police clearance within 30 days. They must also be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effectively engage with team members.
