We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to fill the role of Console Operator. As a Console Operator, you will be the face of our retail environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at all times.
  • Operate the console, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments.
  • Assist customers with fuel purchases and inquiries.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels in the store.
  • Do build-ups of inventory according to product types to place orders.
  • Keep the store and forecourt clean, safe, and well-presented.
  • Follow standard safety procedures, including handling fuel spills and responding to emergencies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Previous experience in using point-of-sale systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An eye for detail and organization.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and public holidays.
