Medical Imaging Assistant Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our medical imaging team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a Medical Imaging Assistant who can provide support to our Radiographers across our clinics.

No prior experience is required as we provide full training to ensure you thrive in this role.

About the Role

As a Medical Imaging Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting our Radiographers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical imaging, develop valuable skills, and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every day is different.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a genuine passion for patient care, and empathy. They will also possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities and Skills Required
  • Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 8:30pm, with the flexibility to participate in a weekend roster once per month.
  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient care and empathy.
  • Previous experience in customer service; experience in a clinical setting will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive mindset with a demonstrated willingness to learn and contribute positively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and teamwork skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
