Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled project coordination specialist to coordinate IT project activity across Australia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all IT project activity, defining application requirements and project priorities, and overseeing the coordination of functional and technical track leads.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related capacity.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development principles.
  • Expertise in the use and application of project management software.
  • Proven leadership skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and coaching skills.
Desirable:

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience in leading IT projects within SAP technology environments.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
