Job Description:

This role involves contributing to data collection, analysis and the development of impactful data products for a government client.

  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome complex data challenges
  • Apply analytical tools to process and analyze datasets
  • Develop, maintain and publish data-driven insights using PowerBI, Excel, Python/R and other software packages
  • Transform data into compelling stories accessible to a broader audience
  • Engage with stakeholders to convey actionable insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in PowerBI, data analytics and data wrangling
  • Proficiency in the full data analytics lifecycle
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI with access to Python/R, SQL and other data tools
  • Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Australian citizenship and NV1/NV2 clearance
