Job Title: Global Security Solutions Manager

The Global Security Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective provision of security services and asset protection through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across international customer fulfilment environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Global Security Solutions Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership, development, maintenance, and improvement of complex risk-based security programs and projects specific to customer fulfilment within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.
  • They will develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement these solutions.
  • The Global Security Solutions Manager will create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation.
  • They will ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate customer fulfilment losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans.
  • The Global Security Solutions Manager will contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures.
