Job Opportunity: Clinical Research Associate

Clinical research associates play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trials. As a CRA, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with trial site personnel, building customer relationships, and driving efficient project delivery.

We are seeking experienced CRAs to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a clinical or life sciences-related field, relevant experience in the research or pharmaceutical industry, and excellent time management skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bulletin point 1: Build relationships with Principal Investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists, and other trial site personnel to ensure smooth trial management.
  • Bulletin point 2: Foster internal and external customer relationships to drive efficient project delivery.
  • Bulletin point 3: Collaborate with In-house Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA) and Regulatory Start-up Associate (RSA) to prepare site essential documents and support ethics and regulatory submission processes.
  • Bulletin point 4: Ensure recruitment of participants as per site target and drive site recruitment initiatives.
  • Bulletin point 5: Conduct monitoring visits at investigational sites to ensure compliance with ICH GCP guidelines.
