Interior Design Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will provide comprehensive support and assistance to clients through the selection process for their new home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will plan and prepare for scheduled appointments to ensure all documentation is correct and in place.
  • You will provide clients with suggestions, guidance, and advice on selecting internal and external colour schemes, appliances, and fittings within our ranges.
  • You will complete all documentation and detailed variations required to facilitate customers' colour and material selections within set timelines.
  • You will work collaboratively with sales and other relevant departments to achieve business objectives.
  • You will host gallery tours and stay up-to-date on new market trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A passion for colour, design, and interior design trends.
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in interior or lighting design within residential building and construction is preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills, creativity, planning, organisational, and time management skills are essential.
  • An exceptional communicator and able to build rapport with diverse client groups.
