Interior Design Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Interior Design Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients through the selection process for their new home.

The role involves planning and preparing for scheduled appointments, ensuring that all documentation is correct and in place. You will provide clients with suggestions, guidance and advice on selecting internal and external colour schemes, appliances and fittings within our ranges.

You will also provide clients with advice on all products and upgrades, complete all documentation and detailed variations required to facilitate the customers colour and material selections within set timelines.

Working collaboratively with sales and other relevant departments, you will host gallery tours and stay up to date on new, emerging market trends and product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Possess a passion for colour, design and new interior design trends
  • Understand the meaning of delivering excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in interior or lighting design within residential building and construction is desirable but not essential
