Job Title: Event Planning Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Planning Coordinator to join our team at Adelaide Venue Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution, ensuring all details are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Event Planning team to develop and implement event concepts, themes, and marketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve event planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in event planning software, such as event booking databases.
