Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team for a Major Gas Project in Western Australia. The successful candidate will have significant experience working in a similar role, preferably in an Oil & Gas, Brownfield & Greenfield environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

Requirements

  • Significant experience working in a Contracts Administrator role, preferably in an Oil & Gas, Brownfield & Greenfield environment.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing demands.
