About the Role

  • This position will develop and implement an internal communications strategy that aligns with our mission, vision, and business goals.
  • The successful candidate will lead Support Office and Clinic leaders in delivering high-quality messaging across all channels.
  • A key responsibility of this role will be to design effective communication plans for key initiatives and company updates.
  • Collaboration with senior leadership, HR, and other departments will be essential in developing cohesive messaging.
  • Metric-driven approach will be used to measure communication effectiveness and improve engagement strategies.
  • This role will drive initiatives promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on internal communication best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading a communications strategy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of internal communication tools and technologies.
