Lead Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Professional to lead our care team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our care home and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. You will also be responsible for leading and supporting a team of caregivers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing and experience working in aged care. You will also need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA is essential for this position. Post grad qualification in aged care is highly regarded. Strong and effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required. A person-centred care mindset and a passion for nurturing a strong team environment are also essential.
