Leading Canberra Practice Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the growth of our Canberra practice as a General Manager. This senior leadership role requires a candidate with expertise in advisory, consulting, business development, customer acquisition, and people management.
About the Role- Build and lead a high-performing team of specialist consulting professionals in Canberra.
- Develop and execute a strategy to acquire new customers and foster strong relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality execution and delight customers daily through effective project management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the strategy for the Canberra practice, driving growth and success.
- Lead customer engagements from sales through to resource management and successful delivery of customer outcomes.
- Maintain delivery excellence, ensuring high standards across all engagements.
- Establish the Digi Ren brand within the geography, driving brand awareness and capturing mindshare with key executive personas and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive career experience as a leader in IT advisory and consulting, cloud computing, IT strategy and delivery, specifically working on large-scale public cloud programs. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations.
Requirements- C-level presence with significant experience in people management and leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for distilling value for customers.
- Experience delivering real outcomes for technology programs in an external consulting role within the public sector in Canberra.
- NV1 or NV2 security clearance (with ability to travel to other locations within Australia if required).
