Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining grounds, buildings and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the resort's grounds, including parks, lawns and gardens.
- Operate machinery such as tractors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on buildings and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
- Assist with general cleaning duties and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manual driver's license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Discounted stay rates at the resort for yourself and family
- Heavily discounted staff menu at our onsite café
- Discounted dine-in Ripples Licensed Card when visiting with family and friends
- $1.25 barista-made staff coffees all day every day
