About the Role

  • Collaborate with tech and delivery teams to develop and manage effective test strategies, including automation.
  • Oversee all levels of functional and non-functional testing, including system, system integration and performance testing.
  • Ensure quality test deliverables such as Test Estimates, Test Plans and Completion reports.
  • Provide test status reporting, including metrics to measure test effectiveness and efficiency.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in managing and inspiring a diverse team of testing professionals.
  • Strong grasp of testing methods and automation techniques.
  • Proficient with test automation frameworks.
  • Experience in financial services IT, ideally within wealth management and superannuation.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to ensure mutual resolutions to challenges.
