About the Role

This is a senior-level position within our claims management team, where you will oversee a portfolio of personal injury cases from inception to finalisation. Your primary focus will be on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return to work and health outcomes for claimants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong focus on collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, including injured claimants, family members, legal providers, and medical professionals, to drive successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for assessing claims, identifying trends to allow risk management and process improvements, and ensuring optimal rehabilitation and return to work outcomes.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating initiative and leadership skills, and providing coaching and support to facilitate the development of these skills in others.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with relevant medico-legal qualifications and experience in bodily injury claims processes and procedures. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated completion of structured training opportunities and submission of a portfolio of evidence.
  • Relevant experience in managing complex claims, developing effective working relationships with stakeholders, and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, prioritising tasks effectively, and managing competing resources and demands.
