Quality Assurance Specialist

Empire Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join their team.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have experience in internal auditing, quality assurance, or compliance. They will be responsible for facilitating ongoing development, improvement, and implementation of enhancements to department-wide policies, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, performance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and guidance to staff and supplier organizations concerning all facets of quality management implementation and operation.
- Promote better operational practices in preventing complaints through effective communication formats.
- Provide monthly reporting to management.
- Facilitate meetings to provide guidance on complaints management processes.
- Conduct complex complaints investigations with clients and members of the public as requested by senior management.
- Assist in advancing internal business assurance within the department through undertaking the assessment of process conformance, performance management, reliability of management reporting, and effectiveness of key controls.
- Prior experience in internal auditing, quality assurance, or compliance.
- High attention to detail.
- Proven ability to understand the relationship between business systems, end-user operations, and interacting processes and procedures.
- Possesses high-level and advanced written communication, including group presentation skills.
- Proven ability to prepare documentation using appropriate communication styles.
