Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our night-fill department. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the running of the night-fill area, guaranteeing that deadlines are met and store shelves are fully stocked during evening and night trade.

You will also be responsible for maintaining exceptional store presentation, including visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards. This will involve working closely with your team to meet sales targets, control costs, and manage rosters effectively.
