We are seeking an experienced assistant nightfill supervisor to lead our teams in a fast-paced supermarket environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work with significant grocery retail knowledge, supervising teams to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage ordering and cost control processes, accurately rostering teams and maintaining store presentation with flair and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate teams towards achieving shared goals.
