Job Title: Technical Delivery Team Lead - APAC

As a key member of our Implementation & Consultation team, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a high-performing technical delivery team in the Asia Pacific region. Your leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring seamless, high-quality implementations for our enterprise clients, setting the standard for future engagements and contributing directly to the region's strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include leading complex implementation processes with your team, keeping a close eye on specified KPIs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will also lead and own the hiring process for the region, including TAMs, Support, and other team members as the office grows. Additionally, you will manage team KPIs, drive team growth and knowledge transfer, and constantly refine processes where appropriate.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders, customers, and projects in parallel. You will take responsibility for describing and escalating bugs through the appropriate internal channels, keeping external and internal stakeholders informed. Furthermore, you will plan with the local team for account follow-ups once a customer is operational to expand the Deliverect footprint with the customer.
