Delivering Exceptional Newborn Care: A Full-Time Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Special Care Nursery team on a full-time basis. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care, ensuring that each newborn receives the highest standard of care. You will also be expected to develop and utilize strategies that promote effective communication and foster a supportive environment for patients and families.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and unsupervised. You will also be required to demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and compliance with national standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in neonatal nursing, preferably at level 2 nursery. You will also need to hold a current Registered Nurse qualification and working with children check (if relevant). Postgraduate qualifications in neonatal nursing are desirable but not essential.
