Senior Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Career Advocate to lead our team and provide operational support in assisting the caseload.
As a Senior Career Advocate, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one coaching to young people, recognising their existing skills and defining their future aspirations.
You will co-design career roadmaps with participants, agreeing on goals and timeframes to develop skills and gain meaningful employment.
Key activities include:
- Building relationships with community organisations and local stakeholders to engage local employers and understand their needs.
- Placing appropriately trained young people into known or advertised positions using established employer networks.
This is a full-time role supporting multiple sites.
Responsibilities- Lead the team and provide operational support to assist the caseload and develop participants' capacity.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and implement person-centred interventions to co-design career roadmaps.
- Develop relationships with community organisations and local stakeholders to identify and create employment opportunities and pathways.
- Experience in Employment Services with a strong focus on inclusion and support for people with disability.
- A results-driven individual with a high level of initiative, experience in sales, retail, or travel highly regarded.
- Possess excellent administration and time management skills.
