Digital Experience Architect

Seeking a skilled Digital Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain front-end and back-end solutions.
This role requires the ability to ensure seamless integration across frameworks, server-side logic and databases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and elevate the digital experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and implement innovative enhancements to web and mobile applications, delivering high-impact digital solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, UX designers, analysts and developers to build scalable and seamless digital experiences.
- Champion secure coding practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Enhance and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and improve development efficiency.
- Analyse system requirements, create robust technical designs and maintain high-quality software through continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a culture of quality by supporting unit and integration testing efforts.
Proven experience managing development through the Software Development Life Cycle using agile methodologies, delivering high-quality projects on time.
Strong proficiency in developing scalable, robust applications using C# and the .NET Framework.
Experience supporting and maintaining highly available production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable performance.
Skilled in diagnostics and troubleshooting, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving systems.
Comfortable working independently or in teams, with excellent communication, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with Sitecore for content management and web experience is advantageous.
