Customer Renewal Portfolio Manager

**Opportunity Summary**
This role involves communication and sales skills, serving as the primary contact for customer renewals. Key responsibilities include preparing timely renewal quotes, following up on maintenance renewals, and promoting the value of our support programs to customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare renewal quotes and follow up to ensure timely delivery and renewal of maintenance contracts.
- Process incoming POs and payments while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Manage assigned portfolios with a strong sense of urgency to achieve full-value, on-time renewals.
- Attend product-specific and renewal specialist training sessions.
- Respond to internal or external inquiries via phone and maintain customer relationships.
- Consult with stakeholders to prepare renewal quotes, negotiate, and adjust quotes as needed.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years' experience in the field of customer renewals.
- University/College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and written skills, enabling the ability to listen and understand client needs.
- Creativity in researching leads for new maintenance contracts.
- Strong desire to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented, positive, self-starter with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
