This 20 hour per week position is responsible for coordinating compliance activities; overseeing internal audits; and ensuring policies, procedures, and associated documents are up-to-date. Working closely with the RTO Manager/Student Engagement Coordinator and training teams to guarantee all regulatory and funding contract requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Adherence: Monitor and interpret relevant education and training VET regulations, standards, funding contract requirements, and guidelines to ensure Brite's compliance accordingly.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, policies, and procedures to support Brite's compliance efforts.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to continually improve educational VET offerings and administrative practices.
- Auditing and Reporting: Participate in regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement, preparing comprehensive reports for management and external authorities.
- Student Records Oversight: Manage student records with strict confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to data protection regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners to provide guidance, address inquiries, and ensure alignment with compliance objectives.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of regulations and protocols.
