Job Title: Senior Academic Lead

The Senior Academic Lead is responsible for the development of high-quality academic programs that cater to the needs of students. This includes overseeing the curriculum, instructional design, and assessment strategies to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of curriculum development and implementation;">
  • Leadership in instructional design and assessment strategies;">
  • Collaboration with teachers to foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning;">
  • Supporting the transition of new students into the academic program;">
  • Fostering an exemplary standard of pastoral care of students, based on the framework of Restorative Practices;">
  • Leading the implementation of social-emotional learning in the assigned year level, utilising the framework of the Respectful Relationships program.">
