About the Role
  • As a Senior Academic, you will provide academic leadership and drive excellence in teaching and research within the institution, nationally and internationally.

Your focus will be on advancing the field of construction management, digital transformation in construction, and building engineering.

You will deliver original and innovative contributions that advance the institution's scholarly, research and professional capabilities at both national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality research outputs in leading outlets and emerging international recognition in construction management, digital transformation in construction, and building engineering.
  • Supervise higher degree by research candidates to maximise research performance.
  • Lead scholarly development and manage and supervise academic teams and members.

Mandatory Qualifications: PhD in Civil Engineering with expertise in construction management, digital transformation in construction, and building engineering.

Desirable qualifications include experience in academic leadership, team management, and research supervision. You should also have a strong track record of publishing in top-tier journals and presenting at international conferences.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the reputation of the institution through their research and academic activities.
