Job Title: Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how risk and compliance is managed across the Fund. This dynamic position requires strong stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to managing regulatory change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and assessment of upcoming legislative and regulatory changes
  • Support the implementation of regulatory change initiatives, providing oversight and project leadership
  • Deliver impact assessments and contribute to steering committees and forums
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed regulatory change into decision-making
  • Manage external consultants and contractors supporting regulatory change
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with senior leaders across Risk, Compliance, and Legal to deliver key change initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and assurance activities across the Fund

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in risk advisory, regulatory interpretation, or change management
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements in financial services
  • Familiarity with the Corporations Act, SIS Act, and other relevant legislation
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce or law (or equivalent experience)
