Fixed Income Trader Role

We're seeking a talented Fixed Income Trader to join our team. As a key player in our Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) division, you'll be responsible for managing significant inventories across rates, FX, credit, and both linear and non-linear derivatives.

The FIC Trading Desk is a cornerstone of IB&M, providing market-making, risk management, and hedging services to clients. We operate in fast-paced markets, requiring constant improvements in systems, workflows, and risk infrastructure. You'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

  • Develop your skills as a flow trader in a high-volume FIC business.
  • Rapidly take on standalone mandates and contribute to the growth of our trading desk.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of risk and financial outcomes.
  • Familiarity with linear and non-linear derivatives.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective collaboration in a dynamic dealing room.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C.
  • An ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
