Expert Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to drive a person-centric approach to the recovery of psychological claims.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative strategies to manage complex psychological claims
- Contribute to the development of return to work plans and identify suitable duties in the workplace
- Coach and mentor teams around the management of psychological injuries
- Attend conferences with injured workers and medical practitioners
- Analyse injury trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Qualifications in an appropriate mental health-related discipline
- Experience in the industry would be highly regarded
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to engage at all levels of organisation
- A proactive and strategic mindset
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A passion for coaching, training and continuous improvement
