Structural Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Lead to join our Sydney team and support our national industrial and water business. This opportunity allows us to provide sustainable solutions for the challenges faced by the Sydney metro area.


About the Role

You will have the chance to lead structural designs for steel structures across hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.


Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer status.
  • Experience in general industrial steel structures, including knowledge of concrete design.
  • Solid foundation in structural design, analysis, and documentation.
