Home Care Physiotherapist Job Description

This is an opportunity to work in a supportive team environment delivering comprehensive services in Home Care.

  • We are looking for someone who can conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory patients. You will be responsible for:

  • Working holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan
  • Educating clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community
  • Liaising with service providers to ensure effective communication
  • Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
