Home Care Healthcare Professional

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Home Care Physiotherapist. This exciting opportunity involves working with clients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and delivering tailored physiotherapy treatment plans.
In this position, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless multidisciplinary care.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification, registration with AHPRA, and excellent communication skills. Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes are also essential.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Registration with AHPRA
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
