We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our dynamic team at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our community, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and integrated services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and treatment services for consumers of our community mental health services, aiming to optimise health outcomes.
- Rotate through a series of clinical services, applying clinical experience and increasing clinical knowledge to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive services.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, liaising directly with medical, nursing staff, and other community agencies.
- Provide direction and support to less experienced staff, allied health assistants, and students.
- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification giving eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in mental health, with a focus on community-based services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
