Hotel Contracting Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Contracting Manager to join our team at Hotelbeds Group. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for developing and building strong relationships with hotels, representing and promoting Hotelbeds as a key partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate contract renewal conditions with hotels, including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policy.
  2. Monitor hotel performance and work closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability.
  3. Expand hotel portfolio by identifying new opportunities, analyzing hotel market trends, and leading the negotiation process for increasing booking volume.
  4. Analyze sales performance and identify market trends and revenue/room nights growth opportunities or incidences.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Hospitality, Travel industry, or related fields.
  2. Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to deliver engaging presentations to various audiences.
  6. Knowledge of Channel Managers and hotel distribution is a plus.
  7. Willingness to travel frequently within Australia.
