About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing clinical support and case management for ECC cases and referrals. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical support and case management for ECC cases and referrals.
  • Oversee and mentor interns and ECC vets, fostering a learning environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Teach and supervise students during their ECC rotations, ensuring they gain valuable knowledge and practical experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ECC services and protocols, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Promote exceptional patient care and client service standards, maintaining a positive and supportive team culture.
