Aged Care Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Therapy Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to provide mobility and exercise programs to our residents, as well as participate in the organisation and planning of therapy programs.
Responsibilities- Deliver a range of therapy-based activity programs under the direction of physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
- Complete accurate documentation in line with relevant guidelines.
- Accompany resident groups on outings.
- A Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or higher/equivalent.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach staff to deliver quality lifestyle and therapy activities.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy with the elderly.
- Australian working rights and national police clearance.
