Boutique Manager Position

Elka Collective is seeking an accomplished and experienced retail leader to drive sales growth, manage store operations, and foster a positive customer experience.

  • Oversee daily store activities, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and mission.
  • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost revenue.
  • Manage stockroom and visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Implement effective loss prevention strategies and stock shrinkage controls.
  • Optimize store wage costs and manage rosters to achieve success.
  • Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team aligned with company values.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to OH&S legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess skills in training, coaching, and mentoring, strong attention to detail, time management, and organization, a proven track record of driving KPIs, efficient stock control, and visual merchandising, experience in roster and wage management, a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and learning, confidence in communicating with all levels of stakeholders.
